These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the platform [www.inscard.ch](http://www.inscard.ch) (“Website”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or purchasing any products or services from us, the customer (“User”, “Customer”, “You”) agrees to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions

If you do not agree, you must not use the website or services.


1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USER OBLIGATIONSACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USER OBLIGATIONS

1.1. Main Account (“Handle Register Proof”)

Each Customer may register an individual main account with:

  • a unique username
  • a secure password
  • valid business or personal information

1.2. Sub-Users / Employee Accounts

Customers may create multiple sub-users for their employees or workers. The main account holder:

  • is fully responsible for actions of all sub-users
  • controls permissions, schedules, and timelines
  • ensures all sub-users comply with these T&C

1.3. Responsibility for Account Security

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • keeping login credentials confidential
  • all activities performed under the account or sub-accounts
  • immediately informing us of unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of credentials.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1. Prepayment

Customers may pay in advance to their account balance using the bank details displayed on inscard.ch.

2.2. Advance Credit & Repayment

If a Customer receives advance credit, it must be fully paid within 14 working days. Failure to repay may result in:

  • suspension of services,
  • legal collection procedures,
  • interest or administrative fees.

2.3. No Chargebacks

All transactions for digital goods are final once delivered.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES OFFERED

inscard.ch sells the following prepaid products (delivered digitally as tickets/codes):

  • Mobile top-up: Lyca, Lebara, Yallo, Sunrise, Swisscom, Mucho, and others.
  • Gift cards: Apple, Google Play, Xbox, Spotify, Netflix, Sony PSN, etc.
  • Paysafe Cards
  • Additional prepaid or digital products listed on the website.

4. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS & SUPPORT

4.1. Complaint Handling

Each product sold includes the customer service contact (email or phone) of the issuing provider.

4.2. Third-Party Provider Responsibility

For any issue related to top-ups, prepaid cards, gift card balance, or redemption issues, the Customer must contact the respective provider directly.

4.3. No Returns / No Refunds

Due to privacy and security policies: we cannot access third-party phone numbers, redemption accounts, or code usage; we cannot accept returns, reverse transactions, or refund codes once issued.

4.4. Shop Has No Authority to Resolve Provider Complaints

Shops, kiosks, or resellers have no power to handle end-customer complaints. Only the official provider may investigate or assist.

5. PaysafeCard – SPECIAL RULES

5.1. Sales Limits

All businesses operating on the inscard.ch platform must comply with the following system-wide limits:

  • Maximum cumulative sales per location within any 12-hour period: CHF 1,500
  • Maximum cumulative sales to the same end-customer per calendar day: CHF 300

These limits are mandatory and are technically enforced within our system. All partners must ensure their operations remain in full compliance.

5.2. Violation of Limits

If a shop fails to follow these rules: we may immediately suspend or permanently disable Paysafe sales for that shop, and additional investigation or reporting may occur.

5.3. No Return / No Refund of Paysafe Codes

Once a Paysafe code is generated or shown to a customer: it cannot be taken back or refunded. The customer must contact Paysafe customer service (paysafe.ch) directly for any issues.

5.4. FINMA & SRO Compliance

All shops and resellers must comply with Swiss FINMA regulations, SRO requirements, and all AML/KYC rules applicable to selling payment cards products as for example PaysafeCard. Non-compliance may lead to immediate service termination.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATION

inscard.ch is not responsible for misuse of digital codes after delivery, redemption or activation issues caused by third-party providers, loss caused by customer mistakes, or transactions performed by sub-users or employees. All products are digital and final.

7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We follow Swiss data protection laws. We do not access or store private phone numbers, redemption account data, or third-party provider account details. We only store necessary customer registration and transaction data as required for accounting and compliance.

8. SERVICE SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts if payment obligations are not met, user activities violate AML/FINMA/SRO rules, misuse, fraud, or suspicious transactions occur, or Paysafe rules or selling limits are broken.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated version.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of Baden, Switzerland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
